How the Web Bungie Support Ticket System works

The Web Bungie Support Ticket System is used to manage and track support and service requests from Web Bungie Clients. When a ticket is submitted it will immediately be assigned a tracking number. The ticket system is constantly monitored by Web Bungie support staff. When a ticket is submitted it will be assigned to the appropriate support staff for resolution. When the status of the ticket changes, or if more information is required to resolve the ticket you will receive an email update at the address you provide.

How to complete a trouble ticket

To submit a trouble ticket you must complete the support form located in the middle of our Online Support page. Below is a description of the type of information we require in each field.

  • Account Name - You must provide us with the name that the account is listed under.
     
  • Account E-mail - You must provide us with the e-mail address that the account is listed under.
     
  • Username - You must provide us with the account username.
     
  • Contact Number - You must provide us with a valid contact telephone number. Our support staff may need to contact you to resolve the issue.
     
  • Issue Related to - You will need to tell us if this is a billing or technical support issue.
     
  • Summary - You will need to provide us with a detailed summary of the issue you are experiencing. A general rule is, the more information you provide us, the faster we can resolve your issue.
